  2. No Pain, No Gain - While exercising some muscle soreness and pain is normal but experience extreme and intense pain bringing about a more serious injury with time so it is not reliable to measure an effective workout through Pain and discomfort.
  3. Working out only Assemble muscle, not assist with loosing weight - Working out can increase muscle mass but some people think that it will lead to weight gain. While increasing in muscle can lead to proper functioning in metabolic rate which eliminate regaining weight and people will loose weigh in healthy manner.

  5. It is best to workout on an empty stomach -  Working out on empty stomach or being hungry can lead to loss of energy and you will feel tired in short span of exercise. You Must Exercise for Hours - Doing Longer Workouts are not necessarily more meaningful as the effectiveness of your workout is not solely determined by its long term duration;  it's about the quality and power of the activity, as well as the consistency of your everyday practice. Going through hours on the treadmill or lifting loads can cause muscle strain or an abuse injury.

  8. Muscle can converted into fat - Muscle and fat is two different thing which cannot be converted to one another.   9. Sports drink is the best for hydration - Sports drink are supposed to provide you with potassium but replacing water from it is not a good idea as after excessive and prolonged physical activity water is a excellent source of hydration.Sport drink are also high in sugar and calories.

Eating Late at Night Causes Weight Gain -  It is one of the big false assumption of people that late night dinner will cause obesity or weight gain. In actuality, what you eat is much more significant than when you eat. Weight gain will only associated with when you eat unlimited and non nutritive foods.
