In our environment we confront so many thing that distract and dilute us which can lead to unproductive and time wasting. Wasting time lead to frustration, irritation,  disengagement, and even weariness. Time management is very essential. Through time management one can easily and efficiently get things done on time and also can do things that they want. There are many things in life we can make more of but time is just limited, it is most precious assets.   1. Not planning your meals in advance - Get into the habit to planning the meal as not planning the meal can waste your lots of time each day deciding what to eat and shopping for it. It takes choosing what to eat and ensuring you have the right ingredient in the house. By planning of what you cook can saves your time and space.
  2. Watching TV out of habit -  Watching TV can be the source of great entertainment and joyousness that can relax us in our free time but watching TV because you can't think of anything else to do are bored or lose track of time is just a fully time wasting and also continuous screen watching can cause eyes irritation and ultimately laziness in body.
  3. Social media -  Social media is important part of our life nowdays as it is important to be updated on it but mindless scrolling during the day can be a massive waste of time. Aimless scrolling may be harmful as their is there is a correlation between social media use and decreasing well-being and also increase the risk of of depression and anxiety in growing childrens.
  4. Not having a visual to do list - Relying on your memory is not fine as people forget the most of things that they have to do so by writing things down can remind you of more important things in a time and can save your lots of time and space. 
  5. Procrastination -  Don't put of things for another day. Get them done today and feel much better for ticking them off your list at last. Procrastinating is a problem for everyone at one time or another. It becomes a serious problem when it keeps you from getting to the important things in life.
  6. Not being organised - Stop running around like a headless chicken. Plan, prepare and give yourself some wiggle room for emergencies. Being organised can save your lot of time as you can eliminate various undesirable activity and further lead to feeling of fulfilment, satisfy, calm. Being organised can positively effect your health and help you feel happier and more relaxed.
  7. Relationship that don't add value - Only invest your time in friendship and relationship  that reciprocal and supportive to you both. Toxic Relationship that cause you a irritation , frustration, misery are only a stagnant time-consuming. Your valuable relations with other can effect your daily life and also bring you more joy, good mental health and sense of fulfilment. 
  8. Multitasking -  Multitasking is the doing of so many things at a time which is generally extravagant and also degrade the quality of work. This rise the chances of faults and errors at work and left you irritated.
  9. Engaging in unproductive arguments - Argument that is pointless is just the waste of energy and time which can cause less focus and concentration and also build resentment. Arguments to the human mind are like a war of words which can bring about low confidence, feelings of loneliness, discouragement, nervousness, stress,  and learning issues.
  10. Getting lost in daydreaming - Getting lost in daydreaming can indeed be considered a waste of time, depending on the context and frequency. Excessive daydreaming during essential tasks or responsibilities can lead to decreased productivity and time wastage.
